Just around the corner...

Hey there blog followers!

I got to thinking the other day how quickly our lives can change. For the good and the bad. I was on my way home from work and saw a couple of kiddos riding their bikes down the street. The smiles on their faces were from ear to ear. Not a thing could go wrong in their world. But in the blink of an eye, what was a casual stroll down the street turned into a parent's nightmare. You see, one of those kiddos was hit by a car and knocked off of his bike. I believe the young man walked away with a couple of scrapes and a broken collar bone, but can you imagine how much worse things could have gone?

In the same day, my mom was flown to Denver for an emergency Appendectomy (removal of the appendix). Not even 24 hours earlier, we were getting our sweat on in an afternoon cardio session. (Please never judge my use of comma's, I hate the things! :P) But just like that, life changes and takes us for quite a ride! Now, these are two pretty terrible incidences of change but we can also experience crazy good changes.

Maybe it's the job offer you've been waiting for, the good test result, or even finally figuring out what it is in life you are meant for. I feel so incredibly blessed to be back in my hometown, inspiring my dancers to live out their dance dreams! I would have never even imagined something like this working out for me but here we are just a few short months away from the first day of class! SO EXCITING!

Guys, my advice is to get out there and do what makes you happy! Make changes for the better, because you will never have this moment ever again! Make it one you'll remember!
